It is possible to cancel your order with us at any time up to one day before the delivery. If you wish to cancel on the day of delivery itself, we recommend contacting our delivery service directly. This way, we can assist you as quickly as possible!

Luxembourg

To cancel your order, our Customer Care team needs to be able to communicate your cancellation request to the logistics team in a timely manner. Therefore, please take note of our opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Generally, you can cancel your order up to 2 business days before the scheduled delivery until 4:00 PM via email or chat.
