It is possible to change the delivery date or address of your order at any time until one day before the delivery. If you want to make changes on the day of delivery itself, we recommend contacting our delivery service directly. This way, we can assist you most efficiently!

Luxembourg

In order to process the changes to the delivery date or address of your order, our Customer Care team needs to be able to communicate the changes to the logistics department in a timely manner. Therefore, please always take into account our opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

Generally, you can make changes up to 2 working days before the scheduled delivery until 16:00 via email or chat.
