How are the packages delivered?Updated a year ago
Netherlands and Belgium:
Your order will be delivered by Vers&Fijn. The general delivery time is between 8:00 and 18:00. However, you will be given a more specific time window in the late evening before the day of delivery. Please be present at the time of delivery to receive your parcel (delivery time is found in the tracking link). If you can’t be there, please contact [email protected] in order to arrange an alternative delivery date. Your meals will be kept frozen in the warehouse in the meantime.
Important: Please note that your parcel will be delivered in a refrigerated truck. That is why your parcel does not come with any cooling agents or isolation material. Please put the products in the freezer right after you received your parcel.
Luxembourg
Your order will be delivered by UPS. The general delivery time is between 8:00 and 18:00. You will be given a more specific time window on the day of delivery during the delivery process. Please be present at the time of delivery to receive your parcel (delivery time is found in the tracking link). If you can’t be there, please fill out a drop-off permission by using UPS Choice online on the UPS website. If you do not leave a drop-off permission, your parcel will be delivered to a pick store. You can see the address and opening hours of the pick up store if you klick on your UPS tracking link.
Important: Please put the products in your freezer on the day of delivery.
Also, we kindly ask you to not change your delivery date to a later day once the order has been placed, as this will interrupt the cooling process and spoil the products.
