I requested a refund, when will I receive my money?Updated 2 years ago

Generally speaking, we try to refund your money as quickly as possible. The duration varies depending on the providers. Below we listed each provider including their maximum processing time.

• Credit Card
  The time frame for a refund to be fully processed is usually three to seven business days, but this can vary according to the circumstances. Maximum should be 10 working days, this may vary depending on your card issuer. 
• PayPal
  PayPal Express is instantly refunded. Bank account: up to five days. Credit or debit card: up to 30 days.
• iDEAL
  Once cancellation has been confirmed, a refund will be credited within 2 – 3 working days. This can vary, however, depending on your bank. If you need further information on this, please check with your bank. 
• Klarna
  Refunds are automatically processed within 1-5 banking days. If you have linked your bank account to your Klarna Card, the refund will appear in your bank account. Please note, it can, however, take up to 14 days for the funds to clear, depending on your financial institution. 
• SofortBank
  Your refund will be processed within 30 days by SofortBank.
