Your order will be delivered in a refrigerated van, which means that dry ice is not required for the delivery. Your order will also arrive in a cardboard box that you can easily recycle. No more plastic waste!

UPS

If your order is shipped with UPS, it will arrive in a cardboard box with insulation material and dry ice. The cooling system consists of a combination of dry ice and ice packs. The ice packs are made of water with a high salt content and can therefore be reused at home. Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide (CO₂) with a temperature of about -80 °C.

Please be careful with the dry ice packaging, which is made of plastic. Handle it carefully by the tip and dispose of it in the plastic waste bin.

Why don't we use reusable packaging?

At the moment, we do not offer reusable packaging. However, out of love for the environment, we are already working on suitable solutions and hope to be able to offer reusable packaging soon.

In the meantime, you can rest assured that all our packaging materials are made from sustainable raw materials that are easily recyclable.
