Vers & Fijn. (Netherlands and Belgium only)
When your order is shipped with Vers & Fijn, there is no option to leave your package at a pickup location. However, you can change the address by contacting us or the Vers & Fijn customer service: Click here. In that case, don't forget to add your order number and/or full name to your message.

UPS
We do not issue UPS with a  drop-off permit for your Every. order. However, you can request a drop-off authorisation during the check-out process, and you can also request a drop-off authorisation later by contacting our support. Please note that we can only do this until your order has been packed. After that we can no longer intervene.

DPD
The situation with DPD is similar to that with UPS. We have not issued DPD with a general drop-off authorisation. However, you can issue a drop-off authorisation during the check-out process, and you can also issue a drop-off authorisation retrospectively by contacting our support. Please note that we can only do this until your order has been packed. After that we can no longer intervene. Unlike UPS, you should receive an SMS from DPD before the delivery, where you have the opportunity to respond accordingly and issue a drop-off authorisation.

Just applicable for customers in Austria: DPD is issued with a general drop-off permission!
