The dishes are no longer good or the packaging of the dishes is damaged.Updated 2 years ago

If you notice that dishes of your received order are no longer good or the packaging is damaged, we are very sorry. Please contact our Customer Care Team immediately and include a picture of the contents. We will do our best to process the request as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to deliver the dishes or the complete order at short notice. However, depending on the case, our Customer Care Team will arrange for you to have the order redelivered at a later date if you are interested. We will also inform the warehouse about the incident to avoid a repetition.

Thank you for your understanding, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
