What happens to my order if it cannot be delivered?Updated 2 years ago

We are very sorry if your order could not be delivered.

If we cannot deliver your order on time due to delivery problems, the freshness of the products cannot be guaranteed. In this case, we unfortunately have to destroy the shipment. If the shipment could not be delivered, and it is an issue on our side, we will make a subsequent delivery or refund depending on the reason of non-delivery. In any case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed.
